Ticket Pickup

(We do not send physical or digital tickets)

Any tickets purchased may be picked up (with photo ID) at the Ontario Convention Center on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 4 PM to 8 PM.

If you're unable to make this time, you will receive your tickets at the event. There will be a line labeled "Pre-Registrations" at the entrance where you can check-in with your photo ID.

Valid ID required to receive tickets purchased through online orders.

Sunday badges can't be picked up until Sunday.

Refund requests will only be considered, if requested before 3/1/23.

Weekend pass includes: Access to vendor floor Saturday and Sunday, during show hours.

Saturday ONLY pass includes: Access to vendor floor Saturday ONLY, during show hours.
